PAGING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Aircomm Wireless will not be held responsible for missed pages.  Coverage area is approximate, certain factors such as terrain, buildings, weather, and equipment can effect reception.  All new pagers come with a 1-Year warranty against defects.  Used pagers come with a 90-Day warranty against defects.  Warranty DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO WATER DAMAGE, DROPPING EQUIPMENT, NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE, OR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE OF THE EQUIPMENT, OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ACTS OF GOD.  We will gladly repair, or replace, at our option, any equipment that fails to perform to the standards of the manufacturer.  All pager service is billed in advance.  You will receive your bill via Mail around the 20th of the last month of your current service term, and all bills are due no later than the last day of that month.  Any pager disconnected for non-payment will result in a reconnect fee of $10.    There are NO REFUNDS on airtime, and ALL PAGER SALES ARE FINAL.  If your pager is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, we will suspend service at your request without penalty.  Upon replacement of your pager, we will re-instate service with no fee for reconnection.  You will receive Airtime Credit for the time your pager is out of service.  If you wish to cancel your service, you must do so by written notice prior to the last day of your current term to avoid any late fees or reconnect fees.   PRIVACY POLICY:  We will not share your information with anyone for any purpose unless legally obligated by law enforcement agencies, or governmental agencies.  You may receive mailings from our stores regarding new offers, technology, and products.  You may opt-out of this mailing by initialing here: _____________. 

Security deposits may be required on special services such as Toll-Free Numbers, and Two-Way paging services.  Deposits will not accrue interest, and in the event your account is in good standing after 3 months of cancellation of service, you will receive a refund of your deposit via Check to your Billing Address.

Pager Insurance: This provides coverage in case your pager is lost, stolen, damaged, or fails out of warranty.  If pager is damaged, or it fails out of warranty,  it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  Pagers replaced under this coverage will have a 90-Day Warranty against defects.  There is a deductible of $15 for Numeric Pagers, and $35 for Alphanumeric Pagers.  This coverage can be added at any time, however there is a 30-Day waiting period before coverage begins, unless purchased at the same time as the Pager.
